What does Curo Skin sell?

Curo Skin specialises in filtered shower products designed to reduce certain impurities in shower water. Its main product is a handheld filtered shower head, which uses a combination of KDF-55, calcium sulphite and activated carbon.

The filtration system is designed to reduce chlorine and heavy metals. The brand also offers replacement filters, rainfall shower filtration products and accessories, including a reinforced shower holder.

The standard filtered shower head comes in three finishes: Chrome, Brushed Gold and Midnight Black. It is designed to fit standard shower hoses and can be installed without specialist tools.

Are Curo Skin subscriptions worth considering?

Curo Skin offers subscription options for shoppers who want replacement filters delivered automatically. This can be useful because the brand recommends changing the filter approximately every 90 days.

The official website advertises a quarterly shower and filter subscription for £60, compared with a listed regular price of £80. Its annual option is advertised at £140, compared with £200, and includes four replacement filters.

The quarterly option advertises a 25% saving, while the annual option advertises 30%. Subscription customers can manage their plans and cancel through the brand's subscription management service.

Before selecting a plan, compare the initial purchase price with the cost of future replacement filters. Consider how frequently you shower and whether receiving filters automatically suits your household.

What are Curo Skin's UK delivery options?

Curo Skin processes orders through its online shop. Its shipping information states that the company aims to dispatch orders on the same day when placed before 2pm, although busy periods can extend processing to one or two business days.

UK filtered shower head orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked24, while replacement filters use Royal Mail Tracked48. Once an order has been dispatched, customers receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

The product listing also advertises free next-day delivery for the filtered shower head. Check the delivery details at checkout, particularly if you are ordering different products together.

For international orders, shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated according to the destination.

What is Curo Skin's returns policy?

Curo Skin provides a 60-day return period for its filtered shower heads and Rainfall products, starting from the delivery date. The shower head must be returned with all its components, including filters, and a £3.50 return postage fee is deducted from the refund.

Other products have a 30-day return period, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take up to five working days to process after approval. Customers should start a return through their recent orders page or email the support team with their order number.

Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned directly to those retailers rather than to Curo Skin.
